> Where do we ship to?
Worldwide. We provide tracked shipping worldwide. Although we are able to send everywhere, please be sure your country is receiving mail from Portugal.
> How long does it take for my order to arrive?
To Portugal: 3-7 working days / Europe: 6-15 working days / Worldwide: 8-20 working days. In some cases, when the packages needs to go throught customs may take longer, depending on each country process. This is an estimated time after the package is procesed and shipped by us. Processing / shipping instock orders can take 2-15 working days. You can check on instagram highlight "Updates", we sometimes share the next expected shipping dates.
> What are pre order items?
> Pre order items are sold before being put into production. They need to meet the minimum orders to be funded, so in case they don't reach the interest goal, a full refund will be issued. Once they get funded they will be put into productions. Most items that were funded during pre order will be available later as in-stocks as well.
> Please keep in mind pre-order items take time (1-3 months, sometimes even more). Besides them taking some time to get funded, manufacturing is outsourced so it's out of our control if the manufacturer doesn't meet the deadline we agreed on.
> What are the pre order benefits?
Items purchased during pre order period will get the best grades out of the batch and will have extra pre order benefits such as photocard freebies and stickers. During pre order some items may have a discounted price as well. Pre ordering helps to fund the products ans bring them to life, so deeply appreciate your support during the pre order. Pre order benefit is disclosed with each specific item.
> What are the events?
Event goodie bags / fan kits are usually made for idol's birthdays or special dates. They are always sold in pre order and there's no previsions to be restocked, as they are limited availability only during the time the event is going on. Some may be part of a charity project, if this is the case, it will be disclosed for each product.
> What is the product grading?
When buying in-stocks items please take notice of the grades of the products.
A grade - no flaws, best quality of the batch
B grade - visible small flaws
C grade - very visible and noticeable flaws
This process is used to check quality of the items and grade them accordingly. Grading only happens with in stock items. When buying in pre order you guarantee to have A Grade.
