> Pre order items, will only be put into manufacturing if they get funded, and once pre order is over. In case the item unfortunately does not get funded you will receive full refund. Please keep in mind it will take some time to start shipping.

> We won't be held liable nor responsible for any delays of the arrival of goods. 

> We won't be held liable for any loss or damages that may happen once the item is shipped. 

> We are not responsible for any taxes or customs that may be applied to packages outside of the EU, although i always declare the packages as GIFT to avoid that. 

> In case you receive the wrong order/items, please send an email or dm on instagram with a detailed description, order number and picture proofs! 

> We highly advise you to make an unboxing video. In case there's an item missing we will only send it, if there's video proof of the full openning of the package. Video needs to be from sealed package, through all items inside and until the end, showing the inside of the package all cleared out of goods.

> In case any packages are returned to us, we always e-mail our buyer regarding the return. If we don't get an answer or any claim on the package within 2 weeks it will be automatically marked as unclaim and you will lose your item with no right to refund.
