Shipping Info

Shipping is based on weight and destination. By adding the items to your cart and filling your address information you are abe to get an accurate shipping price and options for your purchase.

>  Processing time:

We usually ship out instock orders every week. Processing / shipping instock orders can take 2 up to 15 working days. You can check on instagram highlight "Updates", we sometimes share the next expected shipping dates.

>  Delivery time:

This is an estimated time after the package is procesed and shipped by us. To Portugal: 3-7 working days / Europe: 6-15 working days / Worldwide: 8-20 working days. In some cases, when the packages needs to go throught customs may take longer, depending on each country process.

Regular standard shipping is only available on smaller packages.

We always recommend tracked shipping.

We are not responsible for any taxes or customs that may be applied to packages outside of the EU, although we always declare the packages as GIFT to avoid that.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. In case it's regular shipping there's no way for us to have any updates and information once it's handed over to the shipping company. 

In case any packages are returned to us, we always e-mail our buyer regarding the return. If we don't get an answer or any claim on the package within 2 weeks it will be automatically marked as unclaim and you will lose your item with no right to refund.
